We have a new training tool. It is an extremely compact onboard camera that takes both still shots and high quality video. This will be the first of many to come, and we are sure future ones will be a bit faster! This footage was taken in Weymouth during training in May. It is raw, and you can really get a feel for the sounds, the balance, and the footwork. We hope you enjoy it. Any questions? Comment below and we'll try to give you an answer.

Wrestling is a great sport. All you need to compete is a pair of wrestling shoes, a wrestling singlet, and some headgear. High School wrestling is very popular, with over 250,000 students grades 9 through 12 participate. Wrestling camps are a great way to improve your technique.

A lot of wrestlers that are good at the high school and college level become MMA fighters.
