Weymouth and Portland International Regatta
The Weymouth and Portland International Regatta will serve as the Olympic Test Event. The timing for the event, as well as the schedule, competition, and race management will be very much the same as in 2012. There will be 25 boats entered, and only one from any one nation. In order to compete, we will need to be the top US boat at the Sail for Gold Regatta in June. |

Perth 2011 ISAF World Championships
The Perth 2011 ISAF Combined Worlds for all Olympic Classes will be held in Fremantle, Australia, just outside of Perth. It is the most important regatta on the schedule before the Olympic Games in August, 2012. The event is the second and equal half of the US trials for the Olympics, the first begin the Sail for Gold Regatta in June, 2011. We must also qualify the country to compete in the Olympics at the event in Perth. There are 15 of 19 spots up for grabs at the ISAF World Championship. |
