First stop of 2011 Sailing World Cup. 22 entries

The Rolex Miami OCR is the second stop on the ISAF Sailing World Cup Circuit for the year, after Sail Melbourne which took place in December.

The Princess Sofia Trophy kicks off the European circuit of the Sailing World Cup in beautiful Palma de Mallorca, Spain.

Hyeres, France is the site of the fourth stop on the Sailing World Cup, and our final tune-up regatta before the first half of our Olympic Team Qualifier to be held in Weymouth in June.

The Sail for Gold Regatta, held in Weymouth, UK is the first half of our qualifier for the US Olympic Team for 2012. Weymouth is also the site for all the sailing events of the 2012 London Olympics.

The Open Europeans for all Olympic Classes will be held in Helsinki, Finland in July of 2011.

The Weymouth and Portland International Regatta will serve as the Olympic Test Event. The timing for the event, as well as the schedule, competition, and race management will be very much the same as in 2012. There will be 25 boats entered, and only one from any one nation. In order to compete, we will need to be the top US boat at the Sail for Gold Regatta in June.

The Perth 2011 ISAF Combined Worlds for all Olympic Classes will be held in Fremantle, Australia, just outside of Perth. It is the most important regatta on the schedule before the Olympic Games in August, 2012. The event is the second and equal half of the US trials for the Olympics, the first begin the Sail for Gold Regatta in June, 2011. We must also qualify the country to compete in the Olympics at the event in Perth. There are 15 of 19 spots up for grabs at the ISAF World Championship.

We finished 2nd at the 2012 Rolex Miami OCR! This was our first World Cup Silver Medal, and a great way to start off 2012!

The first European stop on the 2012 World Cup circuit is sure to be as competitive as ever this year!

Going back to beautiful Zadar, Croatia, for our final World Championship before the Olympics!

The site of the 2012 Olympics, Weymouth Bay will see some ultra-competitive sailing for the final tune-up regatta before the Games.
